I AM STARTING MONDAY!

Have you ever said that with a diet?  I've done it a million times, and sometimes it's worked.  So I am hoping it does again!  This time for motivation, I am in a contest with a few friends...we're calling this the Mixtape Meltdown, in honor of our trip in June (feel free to judge away here, we're all comfortable...)  We technically started LAST Monday, but here's to week 2! Calories, steps, water, exercise...let's do it!
