My mom LOVED being pregnant! She would probably be pregnant all the time if is wasn't such a weird concept. Anyway, a long time ago (possibly before Joey) my mom was talking about how cool it was to feel the baby kick. Being the entrepreneur that I am, I figured that someday when I was pregnant I would be able to make money off of the kicks in my belly! So as a joke she put "Baby Kicking Fund" on an envelope and threw in a few bucks. Well, once I got pregnant and the reality was getting closer that a baby would be kicking she started throwing in a few more bucks. Somehow a $20 got put in there...so she decided that was for the first kick! In the last week I have felt more movement/kicking, but it's not consistant or anything and I can't really time it...but yesterday I felt two in a row so I decided I'd call her over to see if the baby would kick again. Bingo! Apparently my baby has a strong kick because my mom jumped back pretty far and started to cry :-) Ok, so it was probably just her being happy and emotional, but I like to think my baby can kick some butt! haha! So now the $20 just moved into an envelope in my desk. When it's all done I'll be able to buy a nice present for Juliette...I think I'll get her shoes!!!
