internet baby facts

Every week I get an email with an update of how far along I am, then it brings me to a link to tell me more about my baby, my body, and then tries to sell me some pillow or belly band or cream. Anyway, last week I had to laugh out loud at the analogy that they gave for my baby at 22 weeks: "This week your mini is about as long as a package of Oreos and as heavy as a large bag of tortilla chips." Cracked me up....love how they are always comparing the size of the baby to some food...do they have a deal with food companies or something?? (it did make me buy some Oreos at the grocery store this week).

  1. Is that a picture of Lindsey when Nick is gone?

  2. that is so disturbing...it makes you imagine a bag of tortilla chips floating in your belly. And what size bag are they talking? I have a pretty large bag on my fridge, and I'm sure the baby isn't THAT big at 22 weeks!

Check out the book "I'm Pregnant" I have just loved it. It is scientific but not hard to understand and is the best pregnancy book I've found to date. Both John and I got (get) a lot out of it.
