I took a Cooking 101 class with Anna the newlywed and actually we had some success! It was on Monday nights for 6 weeks...the teacher knew her stuff, but could also be a bit intimidating at times. Here are a few of my homework assignments:
pizza...made the whole thing from scratch!
soup...italian sausage, beans, potatoes, lots of other goodies!
