FORTS AND A WALK

This week Juliette was a bit tired, so she wanted to hang around the house for Mamma Juliette Day.  She was VERY excited that she built her own fort ALL BY HERSELF!  Then she set up a tea party for her "friends" to enjoy in the fort :-)

Mamma needed to get some steps in and make a trip up to Joann's for some fabric, so Juliette wore her jams, Belgium hat, and pom-pom boots...solid.

CRAFT NIGHT

 Juliette's school did a Preschool Craft Night and we had a lot of fun.  She spent A LOT of time coloring her bag for all her goodies!

Her favorite part was getting to hand squeeze a lemon for her lemonade.  Her friend Gavin (from preschool last year) was there with his mom providing the lemonade for the event...so Juliette got the "exclusive" chance to use the machine :-) 

CREATIVE PLAY

 

I love watching how her mind works.  Juliette has been really into building things and inventing things lately.  This contraption she made at my parents house was a balloon ride (like the one we went on at MOA) for some little stuffed animals.

HAPPY EASTER!

Again, these two are just adorable and every now and then take a darn cute picture!  I got Juliette's dress off my BST (buy sell trade...) site for $6 and I got Dylan's t-shirt at the mall while searching everywhere for a sweatervest!  This is actually more perfect--AND the shorts are from when my parents went to NYC 2 years ago and bought ahead for him!  Total luck that I found them and it matched!  Happy Easter!

 

 

FASHION

She came to me wearing this, and just said, "fashion".  YUP.

MOMMY DADDY NIGHT!

For Christmas my parents got us a gift card to the Capital Grille that included a night of babysitting...and it was lovely!  We had a nice meal, that we got to enjoy while hot, and eat at a normal pace!  Getting out for a night was much needed and enjoyed!  Thanks mom and dad!

MORE COMO FUN

Juliette and I spent the day at Como checking out the conservatory and animals...and counting down the days until Como Town opens!  She LOVES going into the conservatory and showing me her favorite things (banana trees, the fish...).  She was also really into posing with statues today!  And she got to see a real snake!  Como is really a gem and I am excited to be even closer soon enough!

THREE MONTHS!

I may get a few days behind at times...but I have made it THREE MONTHS into my new years resolution to do this blog daily.  I appreciate my 4-6 loyal followers and know that you'll call me out if I fall behind :-)
