I AM STARTING MONDAY!

Have you ever said that with a diet?  I've done it a million times, and sometimes it's worked.  So I am hoping it does again!  This time for motivation, I am in a contest with a few friends...we're calling this the Mixtape Meltdown, in honor of our trip in June (feel free to judge away here, we're all comfortable...)  We technically started LAST Monday, but here's to week 2! Calories, steps, water, exercise...let's do it!

Sunday night was a fundraiser for Juliette's school...at Green Mill Shoreview...so how could we not go?  I will say that we do much better in a booth than at a table, but overall the kids are getting MUCH better at eating out.  Thank you technology :-)

Friday was "Lunch with a Loved One" at Juliette's school.  It's something that my mom and dad do with her...I think she likes it :-)

Today's Mamma Juliette Day brought us to the MOA.  I had some free mystery points, so it was a cheap date!  I even got Juliette to go on a kind-of-bigger-kid ride.  It was Jimmy Neutron, so that helped sell it because she has seen that on Netflix.  It spins forwards and backwards and fast enough where you feel that drop in your stomach.  As soon as that happened, I thought we might be in trouble...but I quickly played up how cool the tickle in the tummy was.  Thank god she bought it.  And then she talked about how it was the coolest ride EVER.  Success!

In the afternoon we had Dylan's 3yo well child appointment.  He's about 65% height and weight, and everything else is great.  We did find out that our Dr (and old, old neighbor) will be retiring at the end of June, so I made Juliette's appointment for his last day :-)

Rocking his new Spiderman undies!  I am going to officially call it that Dylan was totally potty trained by his 3rd birthday!  Even when sleeping!!  We didn't even start Juliette until she turned 3, so this is pretty awesome.

 I like to do balloons for birthdays...and Dylan has been REALLY into having a party hat!  And, of course, the bday glasses, which he WAS way more receptive to that Juliette was at that age!  He wanted to wear them all day!

A SUITE TIME AT THE WILD GAME

My work has its perks...one of them being tickets to lots of different things.  Today Joey and I were able to go in a suite to the wild game.  It also helped that we won 6-2 :-)  My parents, uncle, and cousins were all there too...fun Saturday afternoon!
