PARTY PREP

I would like to pat myself on the back for throwing my most low key child birthday party yet!  I even skipped the printed invite and just did an evite!!!

The party will be small and perfect and a fun time for all!  Dylan is super into Spiderman right now, so the decorations, cake, etc, will revolve around that!  For the fun, we'll be bowling!  I help out with some stuff at Town Hall Lanes, so they were nice enough to open early for our private party!! 

I did still have to make something :-)  Here is Dilly's outfit for the day!

SID THE SCIENCE KID

Today Juliette really wanted to go the the Children's Museum.  They have a new Sid the Science Kid exhibit there, and we've been watching it on Netflix, so it was a fun connection.  We actually were able to DO a lot of the stuff....non-standard measurement, looking at charts, creating a new invention on the ipad, playing a jumbo sized memory game!  It was a lot of fun and learning :-)  She is getting so old!!  I love it!

 After the museum and lunch, we stopped into Candyland...all the choices and she picked gumballs :-)   We also got some popcorn for daddy and Papa.

ST PATTY'S DAY

Well, I got one kid dressed up! I actually made this last year, but it still fit.  Score!  As a plus, she was really into wearing the headband this year too!  Love my lil' Leprechaun!

Dylan was wearing blue striped shorts over kahki pants and a dinosaur t-shirt....so he pretty much screamed Irish :-/ (picture not available)

NOTHING

Today, I have no pictures on my phone!  I worked until about 9, then went downstairs for a late HH.  So it was a pretty boring day for me....however, I would say it was one of the most productive work days...kinda like this guy:

BEAUTY AND THE BEAST

My parents took Juliette on a special date to go see Beauty and the Beast...and it was about as perfect as it could get!  I was able to borrow this awesome yellow dress, that looks like a Belle dress, for her to wear.  Obviously, it got a lot of attention and comments and she LOVED it!  She also got a locket and a t-shirt for souvenirs and the fun of going out with her Gramma and Papa!

MORE FAMILY FUN

Tonight we got invited to an extra swimming lesson...the "student teachers" get to do a class on their own.  I never pass up something FREE :-)  It started at 6:30 so we all met for dinner at Jimmy Johns and then headed to swimming.  After that, we dropped the kids off at my parents to play for a bit while Joey and I went to Juliette's conference (all good!).

RANDOM DAY OF FUN

 Today the weather was gorgeous!  Juliette and I snuck over to Como Lake for a bit before meeting Joey and Dylan for dinner.  Then we all went to get Dylan's haircut...he loved it :-)
