easter!

Juliette had an awesome Easter. Mine and Joey's was a bit more rough...we were sick (food poisoning) Saturday into Sunday, so I actually called my mom over on Sunday morning and she offered to take Juliette home with her. Done! We were in bed until 2, and got some needed rest/recovery time. We wouldn't have had to go out at all, but Joey had some out-of-town relatives in so we decided to make an appearance at his family's Easter. We went over to my parents to pick up Juliette around 3 and found our EB stuff...we made out awesome! Then we headed to his parents and had to leave during dinner b/c it got started a bit late :-) Waking up at 2:30 am does not lend well to Sunday afternoon/evening events!

The baby rountine...eat, poop, sleep. Today when Juliette was eating lunch I could tell she was also trying to poop, and I haven't been able to capture that picture yet (I know Brent is rolling his eyes at that comment). Anyway, here is a quick look at baby life...

Lindsey was taking Lucy to get her pic with the Easter Bunny at Maplewood Mall, so she called to invite us along! We were excited to get to see them! The girls are just over 3 months apart, so I am sure they will have MANY photos through the ages! Here are a few from today (we took them in the bathroom "lounge" at Macy's...I think every Easter we'll go there and remind the girls that you're supposed to go to the bathroom in pairs :-)

Some puffs for the ride home

We had such a nice time at the mall. I didn't even realize how late it was b/c Juliette was being SO GOOD just hanging in her stroller and then it was 12:30 and I was like, oh, she should probably eat now! On the way home we made a quick stop and Unkie B and Antie K's because I thought Juliette was extra cute today. Plus, now she can high-five and wave! Her waving was awesome today and she was so proud of herself! She did awesome waving to Unkie B and Antie K. LOVE IT! I am sure I will post again soon as we still have to dye our Easter eggs!!

Happy 3/4 birthday!

Today was a busy day! We had her professional 9 month shots done during the day, and then after work Gramma Jule and Grampa Steve-O came over for her monthly birthday fun! (Unkie B stopped by too) Gramma brought some muffins, and this month I let Juliette try a little bit :-) We also walked down to the park so Gramma could see her LOVE the swing...she did not disappoint! Here are some pics from their visit (sorry about the quality, I was having camera issues):

HAPPY 9 MONTHS JULIETTE!!!

...but my baby is the cutest. I know a lot of my friends all have babies now, and yours are cute, but mine is the cutest ;-) I am in love with her 9 month photoshoot preview shots! We packed a TON into just over an hour to simulate "a day in the life of Juliette". And no, she wouldn't normally change clothes that much, but I wanted to document some of her outfits I love! Thanks Katrina for the awesome shots!

say goodbye to my 30s!

Welp, that was a quick run through her 30's! Not only is she 39 weeks, but tomorrow she'll be 3/4!! Which to most people doesn't seem like a big deal, but I still remind my mom when it's my 3/4 birthday! I hope Juliette likes birthdays as much as I do!

And OMG is it getting impossible to take her picture with the lamb (which, btw, I found her birth certificate and her name is Blanca...yes, she came with a birth certificate!). Juliette KNOWS to look for the card and won't even look at me first- it's hard to keep the card in the picture- thus, only one pic where you can see it! And then she just wants to eat the card... Since it's Easter this weekend, we put on her "These are my Peeps" shirt :-) We have lots more Easter outfits to model in the coming days!

I was working this morning and Juliette was playing in her playroom...she doesn't play "unassisted" to often, but today she gave me a nice chance to get some stuff done while she was awake! However, she was really cute so I had to snap some pictures!

Soooooo loving this weather...like everyone else! For me it is nice to be able to walk OUTSIDE! Seems so simple... It is also fun to walk to the park with Juliette because she LOVES the swing. Yesterday we went up there just before daddy got home and got this awesome pic! It's my new camera background :-)
